Hi Haydar, The STL format does not support color. You might instead write out GLTF (suffix .glb) or VRML (*.wrl) from ChimeraX which include colors. The format you need depends on what your 3D printer software will accept. The residue labels are just floating text, they are not embossed on the surface, so they cannot be 3D printed on the model unless they can written onto the curved surface. ChimeraX does not have a way to paint labels onto the curved surface. Tom
