Hi Elaine, everytime I try the swapnaa command in ChimeraX I get an error because the command is not recognized. Has swapna being implemented in ChimeraX? best, Antón
Hi Antón, ChimeraX does not have a "swapna" command currently, although it does have "swapaa". You can see the list of commands using menu: Help... User Guide.
There is also a copy of the ChimeraX User Guide at our website, but it may be newer than the version of the program that you have downloaded:
https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/index.html
In the meanwhile, you can use Chimera for "swapna" and save a PDB file, then read it into ChimeraX if you want.
I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
Thanks! I'll try the workaround you suggest
