Hi Sayan, ChimeraX has both a "Surface Color" tool with the radial coloring option (color by "radius") and the command "color radial". <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/surfacecolor.html> <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/color.html#distance> Surface Color was added in March 2021, so you would need ChimeraX 1.2 or newer.
