Hi Prathvi, Thanks for reporting this problem. I have fixed it now, and the fix will be in tomorrow's daily build. It would be slightly better if you reported bugs like this using the builtin bug-reporting mechanism (i.e. click "Report Bug" on the dialog you sent an image of) rather then sending it to the whole chimerax-users list. The builtin bug-reporting includes a lot more information about your machine, ChimeraX installation, and the bug itself.
