Displaying secondary structure elements
Dear ChimeraX users! Could you suggest to me the command which will 1) hide all loops from the selected object? 2) hide all loop regions which contain more than 10 residues (=hide long loops)? Thank you in advance! Enrico

hide ~coil targ ar ... would hide all non-coil atoms and ribbons
2) hide all loop regions which contain more than 10 residues (=hide long loops)?
sorry I don't know a command for that... would probably require some fairly complicated python code which is beyond my skill set.
