Dear all, Is it possible to add nucleotides to existing chains, similar to Isolde add aa? Many thanks, Matthias
Unfortunately not, I'm afraid. Best, Tristan On Thu, Feb 29, 2024 at 3:33 PM Vorländer,Matthias Kopano via ChimeraX-users <chimerax-users@cgl.ucsf.edu> wrote:

Hello, Just out of curiosity, is this a "no it won’t ever happen" or a "no time for it now but it will eventually happen sometime"? I also think adding nucleotides to nucleic acid chains is an important feature for ISOLDE (despite no longer working on nucleosome complexes). More of the latter. :) Quality coding time is a little hard to come by right at the moment... but I'm working on finding ways to make ISOLDE's future development more sustainable. On Fri, Mar 1, 2024 at 9:37 AM Guillaume Gaullier via ChimeraX-users < chimerax-users@cgl.ucsf.edu> wrote:
