Hi Krish, Your command works fine for me, although my example doesn't have insertion codes. open 2mnr select :10-20 label sel text "{0.label_one_letter_code}{0.number}{0.insertion_code}" see screenshot below. Tested in recent daily build 1.11.dev202508270038 (2025-08-27) but I don't think that matters... I guess also make sure you have amino acid residues selected.
