Reinstalling the ChimeraX flatpak will install the dependencies as well.    And you should grab the latest ChimeraX flatpak, if you haven't already, since it is essentially the same as the new 1.7 release.

Hi Stephen,

I’ve run into similar problems in the past so maybe the following will help.

Make sure you have the flathub repository loaded as a ‘remote'. Thats where those common runtimes are downloaded from I believe.

Running something like the following command should add it: `flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo%60
