I was wondering how I can achieve this structure representation. The papers I read cite Chimera, but I cannot figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Alex, That representation is not from Chimera or ChimeraX, sorry! Maybe the papers were citing our our software for some other part of a multi-panel figure, or they just cited the wrong thing. This mailing list is for ChimeraX (there is a separate chimera-users@cgl.ucsf.edu <mailto:chimera-users@cgl.ucsf.edu> address for Chimera) but the answer is the same for both.
