Hi Saverio, Sorry no, it is not possible to reproduce the Chimera flat-ribbon preset in ChimeraX. ChimeraX does not have flat ribbons, and it does not allow for a different ribbon color inside helices. You could try making the ribbon thickness a small value, but depending on how far you zoom in/out (scale of the structure) thin ribbons may appear to be broken in pieces.
