Greetings, If you specify the license key once (either in GUI or command), it is saved in your preferences files and you don't need to specify it again. Use the "Model Loops" GUI to specify the license key and do your first Modeller calculation. There is an area in the dialog to type in the key, in the "Basic" settings. See: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/modelloops.html#key> ... and then after that, you wouldn't need to worry about specifying the license key in modeller commands.
