
Greetings, I encountered an issue when attempting to utilize the "Model Loops" option. After installing Modeller and specifying the path to it, Chimera X did not prompt me to input my activation key. Instead, it indicated that no Modeller key was provided. Also the console command "modeller licenseKey ...." does not seem to work. Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue? Is there an alternative method to input my key? Greetings, If you specify the license key once (either in GUI or command), it is saved in your preferences files and you don't need to specify it again. Use the "Model Loops" GUI to specify the license key and do your first Modeller calculation. There is an area in the dialog to type in the key, in the "Basic" settings. See: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/modelloops.html#key> ... and then after that, you wouldn't need to worry about specifying the license key in modeller commands.
