?Hi,
Is it possible to save the image generated with residue plot from command interfaces? I can use screen capture to do this, but an internal save would keep the images a constant size. Thanks.
Best wishes, Reza

Hi Reza,
There is no image save command for the plots made by the interfaces command, screen capture is the only option. The interfaces command documentation is here
https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/interfaces.html https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/interfaces.html
The plots can be shifted and zoomed and the windows resized to get the framing you want. I am not sure what you mean by a command "would keep the images a constant size".

Hi Tom,
Thanks for the suggestion. The tool is fine as it is.
