Match the scale of OBJ and volume

Hi, As shown in the screenshot, I have opened one volume and one obj. But they should have the same scale. How can I achieve this? Hi Roden, You can change the volume (map) scale with the "volume" command "voxelSize" option, see: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#dimensions> For example, if the map is #2 and you want a voxel size of 0.1 in each dimension, volume #2 voxelSize 0.1 You can also give three numbers separate by commas only if you want grid spacing different in X,Y,Z. You can also set the map origin using the "origin" or "originIndex" option, see the link above. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
