Hi Pranav, I agree that the Side View needs thicker and yellow colored clip plane lines. You asked about this 6 months ago, we have your request in our ticket database https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/trac/ChimeraX/ticket/5608 but unfortunately nothing has been done on it. Tom

Would it be possible to reinstate the same color scheme used to delineate the clipping planes in Chimera into ChimeraX. The current lines are too thin and have the same color as the default map color value. This makes the manipulation of the planes harder especially when working on a smaller screen.
