Hello,
I was wondering if in ChimeraX it is possible to choose which side of a bond moves and which stays still when using the right mouse feature “bond rotation”.
Thank you and have a nice Tuesday,
Leo B.

Hi Leo, Additionally applying the Shift key moves the bigger side instead of the smaller. This is mentioned in the list of mousemodes and their descriptions, see (and scroll down, "bond rotation" is near the bottom of the table): <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/ui.html#functions> I hope this helps, and you have a nice Tuesday too!
