Hi Trevor, I updated the ChimeraX 1.12 release candidate and daily builds so that Boltz and OpenFold installation will use PyTorch for CUDA 12.8 which works with Nvidia Blackwell architecture GPUs such as Nvidia RTX 5080. ChimeraX builds dated May 14, 2026 or newer will use this. It is fine if your computer has a newer CUDA version (e.g. 13.0). The change just effects which CUDA API PyTorch tries to use and it will work with CUDA 12.8 or newer. Tom
