Dear ChimeraX team, This is probably a previously discussed topic but I have not managed to find it specifically anywhere. So I am trying to morph a couple of maps on ChimeraX using the volume morph command, but I do not get any slider as it happens with the atom model morphing (as far as I understand there is not option for that?) Also, once I do it I get a model that is called morph that if I run the movie is recorded but I cannot bounce or control any further, is it like a one time use command that then only leaves that model result of the last frame that cannot be used anymore? Best regards, Aritz

Hi Aritz, Please see this recent post, which I think answers both questions: <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimerax-users/2020-June/001212.html> The summary of that post is that you are correct, there is no slider for this command currently. However, you can replay the morph as much as you want by repeating the command and giving the existing model number to avoid recalculating the morph every time. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
