Dear ChimeraX developers, I would like to visualize my docking results from swissdock. But when I open viewdockx, I always get an error No suitable models found for ViewDockX. Can You help me? ___________________________________________ Kind Regards / Mit freundlichen Grüßen M.Sc. Hello Nico, Open your swissdock results file using the "open" command with option "format swissdock," as mentioned in the ViewDockX help page: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/viewdock.html> Also make sure your ChimeraX version is up to date, as the above needs version 1.6 or newer. I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
