Hello, I am NOT able find the coloring atoms by bfactor in ChimeraX. I have a b-factor values range from negative to positive, and wants to color them from min to max(blue to red) as normal bfactor colors. Appreciated if you could tell me how it can be done in ribbons and surface using ChimeraX? Thank you. Regards, RJ
Sorry, ChimeraX does not yet have coloring by bfactor. For that, you still have to use Chimera. It is listed in the “missing features” section in the ChimeraX download page (no coloring/worms by attribute, which includes things like atom bfactor and residue conservation). <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/download.html> Regards, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
