Hi Lynne, As you may already have seen, I’ve opened a ticket for you on our bug tracker: https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/trac/ChimeraX/ticket/9119 Unfortunately this functionality does not yet exist, but you can save your session for later use. When this ticket is closed, you can re-open your saved session in the next day’s daily build and export your data to CSV, which can then be read into Excel. — Zach Pearson UCSF RBVI
