I want to use Isolde. I have chimera 1.14. Isolde is already a tool but I ran into an error when I ran clipper clipper assoc #1 to #2. Thanks that worked! It’s mostly there as a support plugin for other bundles (particularly ISOLDE, also STRUDEL Score) and will be automatically installed when you install one of those.
