Can ChimeraX add noise (Brownian-like motion) in morphing?
Dear ChimeraX support, When morphing from one structure to another unaligned structure, ChimeraX follows a smoothly curved path? Can it add noise (Brownian-like motion) to the path? All the best, Steve
Hi Steve, Sorry no, there is no option to add noise to the morphing trajectory.

Can ChimeraX write out of coordinates of the structure in each morphing step? Steve

Hi Steve, The morph trajectory can be saved with the “save” command.

Probably it can also be saved with menu: File… Save, although I haven’t tested trajectory saving with that dialog, and (currently) it lacks most of the options available in the command.
