Hello, See the "volume" command, which has many options including these. You can use ChimeraX command "help volume" to view the page included in your installation, or see the copy at our website here: https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html

the "level" option sets the threshold(s) https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#general

the "step" option sets the step sizes https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/volume.html#sampling

In the command usage description, model-spec can be the word all, or the word sel to mean the current selection, or a list of one or more model numbers, for example:

volume #3,4 level 0.04 volume all step 2 volume sel step 1
