Dear Chimera X team, I'm using Modeller in ChimeraX to build a homology model. Is there a way to look at the python script to know how it works? Thanks Mary

Hi Mary, Normally the Modeller tool writes the files it uses to a temporary directory and deletes it after it finishes. However, in the Modeller tool if you click on the "Advanced" tab, there is an option to choose a folder to use for those files. If you do that then they won't be deleted afterward. The python script will be named ModellerModelling.py. Note that if you are using the web service then for security reasons that file is not actually transmitted to the server, but it is showing you the script that the server executes. --Eric Eric Pettersen UCSF Computer Graphics Lab
