Hi Dmitry, As far as I know you could either save the whole Log (as HTML format) using its context menu; "Save As...", or the command "log save" ... or if you want plain text only, highlight some portion of the Log for copy-paste. You would use the Log context menu: "Copy Selection" to copy the highlighted text and then just create a text file in some other text-editing program and paste in that text. Context menus are shown by right-clicking (or on Mac trackpad, Ctrl-clicking) on the tool: <https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/window.html#context-menu> I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Dear colleagues, I would like to ask more about the “fitmap” option. The output is a scoring of the fit.
I wonder how to save the list of these statistics into the txt file?
Thank you Kind regards, Dmitry
