We are a dynamic, early-stage startup company developing new technology for obtaining long-range DNA sequence information.

The successful candidate will join a small research team developing and applying software tools for using our new datasets to solve genome assembly, genotyping and other bioinformatics problems, in close collaboration with our wet-lab researchers.  

Necessary skills and experience:  solid bioinformatics programming skills; familiarity with fundamental algorithms on strings, graphs, trees and dynamic programming; experience using standard tools for short-read mapping and variant calling;
