Dear Colleagues, I am looking for a motivated postdoc to join my group. The research project can be anything involving one of the following topics: 1) variational multiscale modeling of biomolecular systems, 2) machine learning/deep learning prediction of biomolecular structures, function, dynamics and transport, and 3) analysis and characterization of biomolecules using algebraic topology, differential geometry or graph theory.
The ideal candidate should have experience with biophysical, biochemical or mathematical modeling and computation of biomolecules. Requirements include a Ph.D. in either Mathematics, Physics, Computational Biology, Computer Science or other quantitative science and experience on computational biological science. Interested applicants should write to weig@msu.edu and include a CV.
