Advertisement: I seek a postdoctoral candidate with experience in molecular simulations or molecular modeling to work on an exciting research project at the interface of molecular modeling and drug discovery.
The research will focus on applying molecular modeling techniques - including free energy techniques developed in the lab and elsewhere - to applications in ongoing drug discovery efforts with experimental collaborators. Some of the work may have a methodological
focus as well (as has much of our previous work in this area), but this particular position will have a heavy emphasis on applications to pharmaceutically relevant targets.
An ideal candidate would have substantial background in molecular modeling, ideally including molecular dynamics simulations and/or Monte Carlo, as well as experience with library search techniques such as docking and
potentially informatics-based methods. Experience with free energy techniques is also a plus. Interested applicants should send a cover letter plus a CV to

is home to a fairly wide range of pharmaceutical industry employers.
