We would like to invite interested faculty, students, and staff to display posters of their work during the 4:30-6pm reception for the jointly sponsored UC Berkeley / UCSF Computational Health Science Symposium on April 25th at Mission Bay. Details of the event can be found here.

Please return the attached form as soon as possible if you would like to be considered for a poster spot at the reception. We are able to accommodate a limited number of posters during this session, and priority will be given on a first-come first-served basis.
