I'm looking for a postdoc to work in the area of ligand and protein binding kinetics and free energy. The position is available immediately and will focus on developing and applying our newly developed Binding Kinetics (BKiT) package to compute unbinding free energy profile to problems in pharmaceutical drug discovery. Ideal candidates are someone with programming experience and expertise with MD and/or other molecular mechanics simulation techniques.
