Dear colleagues,
It is with pleasure that I invite you and your students and postdocs to participate in the
2020 West Coast Theoretical Chemistry Meeting at UC Davis in Davis, California. WCTC aims to bring together graduate students, postdoctoral researchers
and faculty for a 1-day meeting to discuss and present their research across all areas of theoretical chemistry in the form of talks and posters. This is the latest in of a series of meetings that has taken place at Stanford University and UC Berkeley in
2018-2019.
The date of the meeting is
Saturday, May 2, 2020. The schedule consists of ten combined invited and contributed talks and a poster session during and after lunch. Breakfast, coffee breaks and lunch will be provided.
More information about the meeting, including the list of confirmed invited speakers, can be found at:
https://chemistry.ucdavis.edu/wctc-2020
Meeting registration and abstract submission are currently open, and links are available on the website. Registration is limited by the room capacity of our lecture hall (145 people), so please register early to ensure you have a spot! We
anticipate having space for 4 contributed talks and about 80 posters.
We look forward to seeing you in Davis!
Sincerely,
Lee-Ping Wang, on behalf of the organizing committee (myself, Davide Donadio, Alexei Stuchebrukhov, and Dean Tantillo)
