Hands-On Workshop on Integrative Modeling and Simulations

There's still time to apply for the Hands-On Workshop on Integrative Modeling and Simulations, to be held at UCSF on December 12-16.

The workshop is presented jointly by members of the Theoretical and Computational Biophysics Group at UIUC and the group of Andrej Sali at UCSF.

Topics will cover biomolecular simulations, visualization, and analysis with NAMD, QwikMD, and VMD, cryo-EM modeling with MDFF and Rosetta-MDFF, and integrative modeling techniques with the IMP software. The full program can be found here: http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Workshop/SanFrancisco2016/program.html

Registration is free, however attendance is limited to 25 participants, selected based on application. For more information, and to apply, visit: http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Training/Workshop/SanFrancisco2016/index.html
