Hi Domenico, Yes, we are pleased to announce this feature -- it is only in the very latest daily builds, I believe dated Sept 14 and newer. <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html#daily> You will need to get Modeller separately from the Sali website, but once it is installed you will be able to run it from Chimera.
