Hi Bala, Sorry, no, I'd really like to help out but there's just no facility for reading ptraj output in Chimera at this point. It looks like the IED plug-in for VMD is the way to go here. I've added your request to my MD to-do list, but it will likely be a long time before I will be able to get to it. I have done a pca analysis using ptraj program of amber. I want to view the result of the same. Is there any that i can do it with chimera. I am aware that it can be down analyzed vmd. But i am more comfortable with chimera and i would be happy to perform the analysis in chimera if i can.
