Hi Bhanu, You would just combine the two models into one model before saving it as PDB. This can be done with the “copy/combine” function in the Model Panel, which opens a separate dialog, or the “combine” command. <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/modelpanel.html> <http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/combine.html>
See this previous post for step-by-step instructions for using the copy/combine dialog and writing the result as PDB: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2019-February/015485.html
I hope this helps, Elaine ----- Elaine C. Meng, Ph.D. UCSF Chimera(X) team Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry University of California, San Francisco
