PROBLEM ABOUT BLAST PROTEIN

Hi, Rosie. Can you please try visiting http://webservices.rbvi.ucsf.edu/opal2/dashboard in a browser from your computer? If you get a similar error, then I suspect that there may be some sort of network configuration at your location that requires setup for accessing certain web sites, including the Chimera web services site. Also, the "Proxy Authentication Required” in the error message may indicate that your site is using a proxy web server. In such a case you may need to provide info about the proxy server to Chimera. Use Favorites->Preferences and change the “Category” in the resulting dialog to “Web Access”. In that panel, enter the information about your proxy server.
