Hi Chimera Team, Which version of Chimera do you recommend I download in order to use for Mac 10.7? I downloaded chimera-1.5.3-mac.dmg<http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/cgi-bin/secure/chimera-get.py?file=mac/chimera-1.5.3-mac.dmg>. Although it opens, I cannot use any of the features such as any of the actions or presets. Thank you, Michael
Hi Michael, The last production release (currently 1.5.3) is generally recommended. Even though our download page hasn't been updated to mention Mac 10.7 (Lion), users have reported that Chimera works on that OS, for example: <http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2011-July/006578.html> <http://plato.cgl.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimera-users/2011-July/006579.html> You could try using Help... Report a Bug in the Chimera menu to report your problem, or if you can't do that, here is a web form: <http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/cgi-bin/chimera_bug_report_2.py> Please include more information on what you mean by "cannot use any of the features."
