Dear List, I am trying to use UCSF chimera to make a movie after TEM reconstruction using IMOD. But an error message always pops out, even I use the script in the examples. Belows shows the error messages in the Reply Log. Can anyone take a look and give me some clue where the problem is? Hi Wenda, My guess is that you don't have permission to write the movie output file to /Users/Public/Desktop or perhaps that directory does not exist. If that is not the issue use Chimera menu Help / Report a Bug… and we will investigate. Tom On Jan 18, 2014, at 1:03 PM, Wenda Wang wrote:
