Question about save images

Hi, there, I used Chimera for a very short period of time. When I just started using Chimera I was able to save image by going to "file" and "save image" to save the image on the display window. For some reason, this stopped working. Now, after I did the same thing, the image I saved has complete blackness (attached). I wonder whether I might get be able to get help from you. I also tried using command line to save image. The result is the same. The exact procedure I used are: Go to "Presets", choose "publication 1" , then go to "File" and "save image" I used window system. Thank you J ________________________________ The materials in this message are private and may contain Protected Healthcare Information or other information of a sensitive nature. The problem is your graphics driver. It must have been updated to a broken version. You will need to update your graphics driver to a working version to fix it. Tom

This is typically a graphics driver bug. Please update your graphics driver, or revert to an earlier version, to fix the problem. There is also a chance that rebooting your computer would fix the problem. HTH, Greg On 7/23/2021 6:44 AM, Chang, Jufang via Chimera-users wrote:

Dear Greg Recently I can not use the ChimerX to do the alphafold prediction. The error message is some connection to the colab is broken sine March 2024. I am wondering when this feature of ChimeraX will come back? Hello, Chimera and ChimeraX are two different programs. Alphafold support is only in ChimeraX, not Chimera. Please send your question to chimerax-users@cgl.ucsf.edu instead. -- Greg On 4/29/2024 9:31 AM, Chang, Jufang wrote:
