Hi Dobromir, As you mention ChimeraX allows scrolling through the volume histograms. We no longer have any funding to develop Chimera, so all our effort has been on ChimeraX for more than 6 years. So you should of course use ChimeraX. I saw in another post from you that you have trouble running ChimeraX on Clear Linux because of missing dependencies. Did you try the "Generic Linux" ChimeraX distribution which is a *.tar.gz file that is intended to have all the dependencies? It may or may not work because Linux distributions are all different and your Linux may or may not have the system libraries that the Generic Linux ChimeraX expects. Tom

thank you, it does kind of help. But when I have to browse multiple times between let's say 12 or more orbitals it is still not very helpful. There isn't enough space on the screen to view all the histograms and if the number is more than 5 or 6 it the Volume Viewer window shows only histograms and not any other options even if I tick them from Features ... it kind of bugs out. A scroll for the histograms (with a bar and with the mouse wheel) would be very appreciated :D

In ChimeraX that issue does not exist, yet it lacks working linux binaries (too many dependencies to cover outside of distros like debian ot red hat, especially if the dependencies are not explicitly mentioned and the distro does not provide them with a package manager).
