
Dear all Is there a way using the sequence (or any other) tool in chimera to save a text file with sequence and corresponding secondary structure assignments as displayed in the sequence tool. Thanks Hernando

Just found that Save as and then choosing the Stockholm format (the last choice) does what I wanted (see below), but maybe there are other options. Hi Hernando, That is the best approach. The other text output options (not EPS, which is more like an image) do not include annotations on the sequence. Best, Elaine ----- Elaine C.
