Hi Bing,
When an AlphaFold prediction completes it automatically loads the best predicted structure and puts in the ChimeraX log a message
AlphaFold prediction finished. Results in ~/Download/ChimeraX/AlphaFold/prediction_3
If it does not load the structure and does not log this message than the prediction did not complete. To see why it did not complete you would look in the Google Colab AlphaFold panel that appeared when you started the prediction and inspect the messages logged there.
