I tried to play a morph including a flyin of a ligand. It worked fine exceopt for the fly-in and out part The session file did not save the views with ligand away and ligand in the active site. Is there a way around it?
How do I estimate a the move coordinates for a ligand to position it where I want it using move command? Thanks again for all the quick and timely help for all my queries.
