Hi Reza, There is no image save command for the plots made by the interfaces command, screen capture is the only option. The interfaces command documentation is here https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/interfaces.html <https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/interfaces.html> The plots can be shifted and zoomed and the windows resized to get the framing you want. I am not sure what you mean by a command "would keep the images a constant size". Tom

Hi,
Is it possible to save the image generated with residue plot from command interfaces? I can use screen capture to do this, but an internal save would keep the images a constant size. Thanks.
Best wishes, Reza
