Sorry, no, there is no option to draw a schematic ribbon with circles showing the residues. Probably they did it by hand in some custom diagram-drawing program. See if the publication says what they used. I know Biorender does some kinds of schematic diagrams but I don't know about this type of image specifically. Elaine ----- Elaine C.
