Sorry, I do not understand what you want, because there is nothing in Chimera called "Organization"!

...and plugins are available from the ChimeraX Toolshed: <https://cxtoolshed.rbvi.ucsf.edu/%3E;
...and a few additional related software packages are listed here: <https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/related/index.html%3E;
If the feature is not there, as far as we know, it is not available and you would need to keep using Chimera for that feature.
