Hi Pavol, Thanks for the heads up. This was harder to track down than I’d anticipated, but it’s fixed now and the fix will be in the next build.

since version 0.91 I am experiencing problems with selecting atoms by color attribute "@@color=color". I am getting an error message "Expected an objects specifier or a keyword". In version 0.90 everything works fine. Other attributes like "bfactor" or "idatm_type" seems to work normally.
