Hi Claudia - my guess is you would need to set up the ‘Crostini’ linux environment on your chromebook. Once you have it installed you might be able to install and run ChimeraX via the ‘flatpak’ system: 1. https://flatpak.org/setup/Chrome%20OS - also includes instructions for setting up ‘Crostini’ (but see See https://chromeos.dev/en/linux/setup if you are lost). 2. Install ChimeraX via flatpak: https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/flatpak.html There’s a reasonable chance it will work (I’ve had some success on an intel Chromebook in the past), but a lot will depend on how old your laptop is and whether it is running an up to date install of ChromeOS. If all else fails you can also try to build ChimeraX yourself, but this will not be straightforward. See the docs here: https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/devel/building.html). Wishing you luck ! (And hopefully no need for the wonderful dev team to try to find a Chromebook to test a build on 😊 ). Jim.
