The interfaces command documentation is here https://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/interfaces.html<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.cgl.ucsf.edu_chimerax_docs_user_commands_interfaces.html&d=DwMFaQ&c=4NmamNZG3KTnUCoC6InoLJ6KV1tbVKrkZXHRwtIMGmo&r=1DzJFW0v6TgEhkW1gy_-ke-RbtvS1fzEbD5_hcb9Up0&m=XGBqsdfI1s5MuWEBZseFSOdq_6d_gxiWd-LNYKSpC08&s=ThPu6fyxCuGVHXmfDt6zXfKu2at9LkLS-4okjNQmdvg&e=> The plots can be shifted and zoomed and the windows resized to get the framing you want. I am not sure what you mean by a command "would keep the images a constant size". I can use screen capture to do this, but an internal save would keep the images a constant size. Thanks.
