Thank you very much for the quick response :) Yes chimeraX 1.4 works good, I just use Isolde a lot and am hesitant to go to 1.4 as I think Isolde will not install there. Update your ChimeraX installation to the 1.4 release candidate for Ubuntu 22.04. You need the newer version of the Qt user interface toolkit that comes with 1.4 (and the corresponding code changes in ChimeraX).
